We know our pollinators are in trouble so at hiveologie we have chosen this critical social mission and currently pledge 3% of all course sales, and 100% of honey closing gifts profits, directly in real hives. All funds go to support and grow our dedicated bee sanctuary in the Finger Lakes, New York.
We invested in the establishment of hives in May 2021 and we already support approximately 2,000,000 happy honeybees. Our goal is to support bees and the growth of our apiary for, well, more bees. And then more apiaries.

Sabine Steinbrecher, Chief Hiveologist and Founder, is delighted to present a new eLearning ecosystem, designed to empower Agents and Brokers, by accelerated learning results, providing key content from extraordinary partnerships, harnessing the power of learning design, analytics and reward systems, and serving a critical social mission. Sabine is well known for being an elearning industry pioneer and building one of the first elearning models, digital compliance manager and learning management system for some of the biggest organizations in North America, including the National Association of REALTORS® for over 20 years, and continues to innovate. Sabine and Hiveologie were recently selected as an RISMedia 2022 Real Estate Newsmaker in The Luminaries category. Always looking to improve and links between business performance and learning methodology in the most practical terms, Sabine and her team began the task of reinventing elearning, with the Agent experience in mind. She also wanted to give back too, so we felt it was important to simultaneously launch a truly impactful and mission critical social endeavor that all our clients, partners, and learners will be supporting just by learning with Hiveologie. Our Bee Better Together initiative promises a minimum of 3% of course revenue to support a real honeybee sanctuary.
We are delighted to have Amy Chorew on the Hiveologie team! Amy has been working with us for some months to assist with content curation and management and is building educational programs with us as well in several areas including Web 3, cryptocurrency and blockchain, fractional shares, finance, investment properties, agent value proposition and new agent training. Amy is also active as a member on NAR’s committees, Data Strategies, Federal Technology Policies as well as the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and various training organizations. She recently was VP of learning for the Realogy Expansion Brands where she managed the skill learning opportunities for brokers and sales associates and has also been an active REALTOR® for the whole of her career.
We are very excited to share with you the launch of our new series taught by Coach Amanda Hannon! Amanda is an active Real Estate agent, Principal Broker, Team Leader, and Real Estate Coach. Amanda also is the founder of the Rhode Island Divorce Resource Center. Amanda is leading three programs geared towards agents who want to become Divorce Specialists and learn how to find and serve those in the Divorce Real Estate market! Dan Rochon is the Author of Real Estate Evolution: The Ten Step Guide to (C.P.I.) -Consistent and Predictable Income and is an active real estate sales agent. Ginni has been practicing real estate for over 3 decades. She has been a real estate trainer, coach and consultant since 1990 and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. She has also served as President of the North San Diego County Association of REALTORS®, as a Director for both the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, on the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Committee, the Real Estate Business Council Board of Directors, the REBI Professional Development committee, and the Strategic Thinking Committee. Ginni is a certified NAR instructor and teaches designation courses nationwide. She has authored many courses and is delivering a critical and timely Profitability Course with us. Her breadth of experience is one of the key reasons we are excited to have Ginni join our team of Hiveologists!
Ginny Shipe has served as the CEO of the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) since 1999, an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. REBI is a 32,000 member global organization conferring the CRB, C-RETS, RENE and SRS credentials. Ginny has extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing, and education and curriculum development and we are delighted to have her working with Hiveologie to deliver a future proofing course to keep agents and brokers abreast of key trends and opportunities each year. Further REBI and Hiveologie are together working on a Broker Analytics project to assist brokers in accelerating the success of their teams.
We are so pleased to welcome Jason Riveiro to our team. Jason currently serves as Sr. Director of Strategy & Business Development at Notarize, the leading online notarization platform. Prior to Notarize, Jason held numerous roles at Realogy, including Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion where he was responsible for driving DE&I strategies across including the company’s brokerage and franchise operations. During his tenure, Jason was responsible for leading industry-first initiatives like the Inclusive Ownership program, launching DE&I Councils across Coldwell Banker Realty, and driving agent engagement across industry associations like NAHREP, AREAA, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and NAREB. Jason will be creating both live virtual and on demand programs for Hiveologie.

Davina Hughes and Jesse Wood are a dynamic team dedicated to Short Term Rentals (STR) and Staging for both STRs and homes. Together they have built a highly successful real estate staging and STR business at STR Tribe and provide coaching and training on how both investors and other REALTORS can build a successful staging or STR business.
In a challenging market, a real estate professional needs to either upgrade skills or add new income streams or both. Steve has been a REALTOR® since 2013, led immoviewer through the 2017 NAR REACH program and currently holds broker-level licensure in 50 states. As co-founder of EveryState, he's involved in pioneering a new nationwide brokerage model to provide licensing and transactional solutions to institutional investors and companies looking to vertically integrate a brokerage arm. Steve also owns and operates a residential brokerage in NY. After exploring the intersection of blockchain, cryptocurrencies and real estate since 2016, he has been taking a deeper dive since 2020. By serving as a founding member of the Crypto Real Estate Alliance, Steve has evangelized the latest Web3 news and innovations across the country both virtually and as an in-person speaker by approaching the topics from a real estate practitioner’s lens. Over the last several years, Steve has also advised proptech companies worldwide on growth, strategy, industry relations, data, licensing and compliance.

He's been involved in the blockchain community since 2017 when he first began speculating on alt coins. He brings commercial and WEB3 real estate experience to our team as a real estate agent in Washington, DC and Maryland. Mr. Jones is an experienced educator with over 20 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating curricula, programs and learning models for communities, nonprofits, and agencies. Damon graduated from Harvard college with a B.A. in economics and from Trinity University, DC with a Master's in Teaching Elementary Education. His company, SOCKS For Square Feet, is using colorful socks as a catalyst to develop affordable housing.

With over 20 years’ experience, Sandesh was a Top Producer and Luxury Specialist recognized in the Top 1% by the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. Sandesh later moved into training at Realogy and served as the Senior National Trainer for the Expansion Brands Portfolio. His focus was on agent productivity, lead generation and value proposition. He also specialized in recruiting and retention with the broker owners and managers. He is now the VP Global Learning for Sotheby’s International Realty where he is responsible for the learning curriculum and delivery of agent and leadership training. He translates his skills, experience, and ability to connect with agents to help them scale, grow and protect their real estate business. As a former sport psychology consultant, Bilgi worked with athletes, helping them prepare mentally to achieve optimal performance. He is doing the same for real estate agents helping them in their pursuit for maximum sales production.
